Attorney Jiménez is a distinguished legal professional with a stellar academic background and a passion for serving her clients with excellence. Graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, she excelled academically and was recognized as a member of the Honor Roll for her outstanding achievements.

Continuing her pursuit of legal knowledge, Jiménez earned her Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a leader among her peers and graduating Magna Cum Laude. She was not only a recipient of two prestigious scholarships during her studies but also had the opportunity to enrich her education through a transformative study abroad experience in Spain at Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid.

During her time in the School of Law, she elected as Secretary of the Student Body Council and was a member of several associations. showing her commitment to academic excellence and leadership.

In 2020, Attorney Jiménez furthered her expertise by obtaining a Master of Laws (LLM) in Real Estate and Notary Law, solidifying her position as a formidable force in her field. Remarkably, she became the youngest attorney from the inaugural class to complete the program, graduating with honors and earning accolades for her exceptional thesis.

Her scholarly contributions were further recognized when her thesis was selected for inclusion as a chapter in the esteemed book, "Derecho Notarial y Registral Pensado desde Puerto Rico– “La Hipoteca Revertida en Puerto Rico: Concepto, Ejecución y Efecto en el Derecho Sucesoral” in 2021, cementing her reputation as a thought leader in the legal community. Also she has published in the Opinión column in the newspaper El Nuevo Día. 

Attorney Jiménez is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and to Practice Notary Law, as well as the United States District Court of Puerto Rico and the United States Court of Appeals First Circuit. With dual licensure in both federal and state jurisdictions, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape and is equipped to handle a diverse range of cases.

A persuasive bilingual litigator, Attorney Jiménez is known for her ability to effectively advocate for her clients' interests in both English and Spanish. Her practice-area expertise spans Real Estate, Mortgage, Succession, Bankruptcy, Corporate, Federal, and Notary Law, where she leverages her deep knowledge and experience to achieve favorable outcomes for her clients.

Attorney Ocasio is a highly accomplished individual with a remarkable educational background and a distinguished military career. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Science while participating in the ROTC program at the University of Puerto Rico, Cayey Campus, demonstrating her commitment to academic excellence and leadership from an early stage.

Building on her strong foundation, Attorney Ocasio earned a Master's degree in Environmental Science from Ana G Mendez University, where she further honed her expertise in a field crucial to our planet's future. Her dedication to learning continued as she pursued her Juris Doctor from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude and distinguishing herself as an exceptional legal scholar.

In addition to her academic achievements, Attorney Ocasio has been serving in the Puerto Rico Army National Guard since 2010, exemplifying her dedication to both her country and her community. She hold the esteemed position of Alpha Company Commander for two years demonstrating a exemplary leadership and commitment to service.

Her outstanding contributions have been recognized her with the appointment as the Executive Officer of the Recruiting and Retention Battalion of the PRANG  since July 2024, highlighting her continued advancement and impact within the military.

Attorney Ocasio is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and as a Notary, showcasing her versatility and expertise in both legal and administrative domains.
